We are now taking orders and enquiries, but we are working at a reduced capacity to ensure that our staff are working as safely as possible. Please allow us a little bit of extra time in getting back to you.
We are closed for the Christmas period on Friday 20th December 2019 and we will re-open on Thursday 2nd January 2019. Final Dispatch, order processing and quotations will be submitted until 11am Thursday 19th December and will recommence 9am Thursday 2nd January.
Our customer service department will be closed for this festive period, so all orders, enquiries, requests and quotations placed after 11am on Thursday 19th December will be dealt with in the order in which they were received from Thursday 2nd January.
No manufacturing will take place during this time so please take this into account when considering delivery times. Please speak to our customer service department on 01483 713400 before the 19th December, if you have any questions about how this may affect you.
For all orders placed through our online shop, you will be able to create your basket and make payment throughout the Christmas period, but dispatch will not be made until Thursday 2nd January. You will receive an order acknowledgement but will not receive a confirmation until your order is processed on the 2nd January. Please do take this into consideration before placing your order.
Should you wish to save your basket and wait to make payment when dispatch is live again on the 2nd January, you can create an account with us through the website to do so. Here you can save your request and make payment when we re-open, however we cannot guarantee stock levels if you do so.
