Deliveries and Returns Information for Home Selection Orders

 

This is the delivery and returns information for Home Selection orders made through our online shop or assisted by our customer service team. For all other information including trade orders and full terms and conditions please click here.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

All the products in the Wandsworth Home Selection are in stock and readily available to be delivered straight to your door. Our trade range of products are manufactured specially to order, with a lead time of approximately 4-8 weeks, and are delivered in component parts. Trade customers should contact our dedicated Trade Sales team on 01483 713400 or email sales@wandsworthgroup.com.

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Home Selection orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday and before 10am Friday will be dispatched that same day. Any orders placed after these times will be dispatched the next working day.

Our standard delivery of ‘next working day’ will be delivered within 1-2 working days.

Our Saturday delivery will be delivered on the upcoming Saturday as long as the order is placed before 10am Friday.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

For Home Selection orders under £500 the delivery charges are as follows:

  • Our standard ‘next working day delivery’ is £9.95
  • Our special Saturday Delivery is  £18.95
  • Delivery is free for Home Selection orders over £500

NON- UK DELIVERIES

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order, which is why we have a dedicated team of experts on hand to help ensure you get the right products for your home. However, we recognise that this won’t always be the case and you are able to return items to us if you are not happy with them. Please contact our customer service team on 01483 713400 if there is a problem or you would like to return your order.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

Please email our customer service team at sales@wandsworthgroup.com or call 01483 713400 so that we can give you a unique code to identify your items when they reach us. Without this unique code, it may be very difficult for us to identify your items and your refund may be delayed as a result.
